Such a simple drink. Learn to make the perfect after dinner espresso martini. You and your guests can savour.
I love espresso martini’s. My family on the other hand love a Baileys Irish Cream over ice after dinner. I don’t blame them, just the list of ingredients that goes into Irish cream is mouth-watering. Cream, Irish whiskey, vanilla and chocolate, just for starters. The Bailey’s team did go all out to develop a pudding in a glass. I’m 100% for it but I want my coffee too!
This was enough of an excuse for me to get the shaker out and make a new drink, I made us these. They are the perfect after dinner drink with all the lift of coffee with a smooth creamy finish. I’m not even going to try and give you a booze free alternative to this. It’s a drink that is not for the fainthearted.
It is beyond delicious.

Some cocktail kits I love:
Many cocktails can be made without a shaker but this one really does benefit from a good hard spin in a Boston shaker. If you have one great, if not you could probably do your best with a pint glass and a smaller tumbler. Here is some inspiration if you are in the mood for some shopping.
